Δεύτερος συναγερμός σήμανε σε μια ημέρα στο Λονδίνο και συγκεκριμένα σε σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό κοντά στην γνωστή Γέφυρα της πόλης, έπειτα από αναφορές για ύποπτο εγκαταλελειμμένο αυτοκίνητο.
Αρχικά, ο σταθμός, η Γέφυρα του Λονδίνου και αρκετά κτίρια που βρίσκονται στην περιοχή εκκενώθηκαν όσο οι αστυνομικές αρχές και οι πυροτεχνουργοί βρίσκονταν στο σημείο για να εξετάσουν το ύποπτο όχημα.

Με ανακοίνωσή της στο Twitter, η αστυνομία ενημέρωσε λίγη ώρα αργότερα πως η επιχείρηση έλαβε τέλος καθώς δεν βρέθηκε τίποτα ύποπτο, ενώ παράλληλα ευχαρίστησε τους πολίτες για τη συνεργασία τους.
Επιπλέον, οι δρόμοι, η Γέφυρα και ο σταθμός που είχαν κλείσει νωρίτερα ξανανοίγουν.
