Σάλος έχει προκληθεί στην Ταϊλάνδη από την απόφαση δύο δασκάλων να φιμώσουν και να δέσουν δύο κοριτσάκια μόλις 5 ετών, διότι αντέγραψε η μία από την άλλη!
Οι δύο δασκάλες, με τη σύμφωνη γνώμη και της διεύθυνσης του σχολείου στην πόλη Surin, επέβαλαν τη συγκεκριμένη τιμωρία προκειμένου να παραδειγματιστούν οι ίδιες, αλλά και τα υπόλοιπα, παιδιά της τάξης.
Οι φωτογραφίες των δύο φιμωμένων κοριτσιών αναρτήθηκαν στο διαδίκτυο και έγιναν αμέσως viral, προκαλώντας την οργή και την αγανάκτηση των πολιτών της ασιατικής -και όχι μόνο- χώρας.
Η διεύθυνση του σχολείου υπερασπίστηκε τις δύο δασκάλες, λέγοντας πως «πρόκειται για έναν καλό τρόπο να καταλάβουν τα δύο κορίτσια ότι έκαναν λάθος».
Ο πατέρας ενός εκ των δύο κοριτσιών κατέφυγε στην αστυνομία και υπέβαλε μήνυση, με συνέπεια να υποχρεωθούν οι δασκάλες σε χρηματική αποζημίωση, ενώ ξεκίνησε έρευνα των αρχών για τις συνθήκες που επικρατούν στο συγκεκριμένο σχολείο.
Οι φωτογραφίες έφτασαν στην κατοχή του πατέρα από έναν άλλον δάσκαλο του σχολείου, ο οποίος δεν συμφωνούσε με αυτές τις πρακτικές.

But after the images sparked outrage online and a father of one of the girls contacted police, the two teachers have since been ordered to pay 40,000THB (915GBP) in compensation and authorities have launched an urgent investigation into the school in Surin, Thailand.
The furious father said: ëíThe teacher who gave me the pictures told me that the other teachers had punished my daughter and friend by strapping their hands together then he blindfolded them.
ëíWe think that another girl was hit but we donít have a picture of this. The children were just playing with the paper and they ripped it. The teachers said they had done something wrong and punished them like this.
ëíThey said ëclose your eyesí and then they put white paper and blue Scotch tape to cover their eyes. Then another layer and bound their hands together.
ëíThe teacher who found them said the girls were crying, trembling and sobbing terribly. I fear that I will have to send to the police.
ëíThe teachers threatened them and both were frightened and did not know what else to do.»
A crisis meeting was held was held yesterday (Thu) which was attended by the headmaster, the parents, the two female teachers responsible and local police.
Each teacher agreed to pay 20,000THB (457GBP) in compensation and requested transfers to different schools.
Narong Meuanchart, the deputy education department chief in the province, said a committee had been set up to investigate the abuse and the pair could face further legal action.
